Default Ford focus st estate 1/10 home made shell

Hi everyone I'm new here but have been playing with rc Cars for many years..what I want to know,NO what I need to know is how can I make a ford focus estate 1/10 shell as I honestly have been in touch with people from the states, Australia, Germany everywhere asking about this particular shell and hey,nope,there isn't one anywhere at all so I want to know exactly how to make one..if anyone has any idea of what it takes then please let me know..

Probably the easiest way would be to get an stl file off the internet and 3D print it. Of course some adjustments in the design would have to be made as well as prep work to the finished model to accommodate for vacuum forming. The model would also have to be split into sections to fit the print bed as well.

Have been thinking about a 3d printer I'm sure that's the only way forward..
