Paasche VL Airbrush & Iwata SprintJet Compressor - are they compitable?
I'm new to painting and I wonder if the Paasche VL airbrush set is compitable with Iwata Sprint Jet compressor. How about the size of hose connection/ threads? Are they standard?
BTW, what do I need to use to clean the airbrush after use? Water?
Thanks for your feedback.

You might need an adaptor for the hoze, but your probably wont..
What you use to clean your airbrush will depend on the pain you are using.
Water and washing up liquid are supposed to be OK for waterbased paint.
For enamel paint like pactra you will need some thinners. I use automotive celulose thinners, make sure you have good ventilation though as they are pretty poisonous.

Just out of curiousity, have you thought about buying a general use air compressor. I have Porter Cable Air Compressor with a 4 gallon tank that I use with my Paasche VL. It works great! Just need to make sure that you add a moisture trap.
