Default xacto-mundo ....

i decided to cut about 2 3/4 inch off my exacto handle so now i have a stubby. it seems to be easier to handle in tight quarters. the one that i shortend is aluminum and the reggie one is stainless all i did was score the handle with a pipe cutter as deep as i could, then i clamped it in a vice right up to the scored line, then i smacked it with a 3lb crosspien hammer and presto! clean break. a little file, some 600 grit wet, a little high speed buff.workes for me. shhhhhhh dont tell anyone else.[sm=pirate.gif]

stubby is a good idea... I think I might make one like that also...you used a hack saw or just a dremel?
