Default My first ever body.

This is my first ever body. I've never touched anything like this before so I'm happy about it turning out fairly ok but it's a bummer that there are so many paint screw ups (as you can probably tell). I didn;t like the original design they gave so i wanted to put a tear mark between the colours which didn't work AT all (better luck next time grr lol) and I need to cut the bumper back so the shell sits right. Any comments? Thanks and sorry to all Jaguar owners

what went wrong with the tear. were you gonna go for a 3-d effect or just a 2-d tear. looks like you should have masked better . nice attempt though. its better than one solid color. maybe you can doctor it up on the outside with a sticker or sharpie

Nice first Paint job.

Its been pointed out that you didnt mask the shell fully when painting the blue. that has given your orange past the mask line a dirty look to it. I made this mistake on my first 2 colour body to.

On the next one you do take more time with the masking. Preporation can really make a paint job. I rushed my last one and it went wrong so take my word for it.

Thanks for the advice. I really think next time I should get somebody else to do it for me Or just buy a cheap shell and try another one

I hate to be the simon here but I don't like the color choice. blue and orange? hard to believe they are complimentary colors. Other than that it looks good

I'm eccentric I would fuse donkeys and squirrels if i could......ok maybe not but it is certainly a colour scheme that nobody else will have and you can see it from a very long distance
