Default Evader design

ok so i fianlly decided to paint a new body for my evader. after many differnt trials and with what i have to work with this is what i have come up with. i will only be using spray cans so doing feathered edges was pretty much out of the question.

i still havnt even begon on the top part yet, maby ill do that tomarow lol.

tell me what ya think.

lol yeah im kinda dreading it actually. the masking alone is gonna take a few hours for each layer, and there's 4 layers =/. so its prolly gonna take me around a few days jsut to do it, assuming i can catch some days of nicer weather where it get above 30 degrees lol.

also trying to decide if i wanna get some non spray paint and pin stripe the design...but im sure i wont.

yeah ive read through it. i shed a tear (not really) seeing the marbelizing go since im sure it was ahrd as hell to piant hehe =P.

thx. i uploaded another design file for it, this one was done in illustrator so i can print it clean when i actually get around to making the templates. as you can see i also added black pinstriping around the yello which i think makes it look a ton better.

well i finished painting it at like 2 am last night hehe. i think it came out pretty good, but since it was my first time working with liquid mask i had a few spots where i couldnt see that i missed some mask to take off. so there are some imperfections on the edges, but oh well.

i changed the coloring a bit from the original design, 1 because it didnt fit right and 2, because i missed some mask and had to paint a part a dif color lol.

yeah im happy with it no doubt....but im a perfectionist kinda so stuff like that bothers me lol.

thats nice, i just started painting bodies but i have many years experiance painting paintball guns and thats awesome!
