Default Dying Rims

this is going to sound very stupid, but, i couldn't find and rit dye so i glued my tires to the rims, the other day i found some dye, can i dye the rims with the tires glued or do i have to go through taking my tires of the rims?

The tires have to come off to dye the wheels.

I'd also be worried that any glue on the rims would prevent dye from soaking in. Think of those tie-dye t-shirts. Yeah, most of it will be hidden when the tire goes back on, but if you got any at all on the sides it would be obvious. You might be better off living with this set of rims + tires as they are, and plan to change the color of your next set.

Not true, I did the same thing. I dyed my wheels with the tires on them, they have lasted 3 months now and are not coming off anywhere.


Also, before somebody else says something, they look fine, you can't even tell.
