Just got through cutting out my first body and even though I used Lexan scissors, there are a few places that are uneven. I was thinking about using a Dremel with a sanding disk to smooth them out. Any thoughts / ideas ?

Go ahead but go very slow and keep your speed as slow as it will go. Take off small amounts at a tip to keep it cool. It will blob up if you don't.
