Default Sealing Hinge Lines

I'd like to know what methods are being used to seal the hinge lines (elevator, ailerons) on fully sheeted painted surfaces.
How is it being done?

I've had good success with blenderm tape. After two years it's still adhering like it was new. But it will come off cleanly if needed. The only trick is to use a little talcum powder in the gap after you have it on to remove some of the "stick" on the hinge line so it doesn't stick to itself.

Thanks Mark. I'll have to check at my local pharmacy. I plan on sealing only one side of the ailerons and elevators. Will do rudder also.

Hobby shops now carry it (I think DuBro is packaging it) but if you fly indoor foamy's at all, it's worth just going online to a medical supply house and buying a box (12 rolls). it's MUCH cheaper and it's great tape for a lot of things.

You'll need 1" wide to cover an aileron gap.
