Default Airwild Is Now Building A Pattern Ship!!

They left us hanging for parts for their 540 edge, but they can now build a PATTERN ship.. I wonder how long before they leave us hanging on this one and build something else?

YES it's on their website! WWW.AIRWILDHOBBIES.COM

Go to new "WHAT'S NEW" OR "PRODUCTS", then hit the EXACTITUDE 140.

FIBERGLASS/BALSA/LITE PLY

$895.00

They were at TOLEDO with it.

Looks rather nice!

But it does seem better for suited for freestyle? ? With all the counter-balance control surfaces. Also, shouldn't they use a lighther engine mount, and CF gear and wing tubes?

The weight seems a little on the risky side if its meant for F3A...

But a very nice looking plane nonetheless...Hopefully someone here will get one and report about it.

I think it will be more marketed towards the guy who doesnt want to drop a few grand for a top end ZN Line, or PL model, but just wants a half decent ship to fly local FAI or Masters with, should be quite suitable for that application.
