Default Mokan Pattern Contest

The MoKan Pattern Contest is being held on Saturday & Sunday May 28 - 29 at the Platte River Rats Club field close the Kansas City Airport. This will be the Spring opening for us. Check it out on NSRCA D5 site for more information. Long term weather predicts perfect Spring weather.

Robert,

I don't believe they do, but I can assure you that we will have several people there with generators. So come on down. Be good to see you again.

Robert,

Yes, there is AC available. However, it is not at the pilot stations. As Dan said we are going to have so many generators that this won't be a problem. I will fly my Abbra with YS. A wind gust took my electric Abbra and smashed to a table. I won't have time to fix it. I will bring my generator so we have spare one.

See you this weekend,

Vince,
I won't make it to KC contest.

It overlapped with at least two of the below

1. PRCC Memorial day FunFly
2. PRCC volunteering for cleaning up Joplin Tornado hit area
3. A guy arriving on Friday from Africa demanding his T-Rex 700E getting RTF.
4. My wagon (it's the only car to carry planes to contest) still won't start.

So, I am definitely stuck.

So far, my Osiris is bugging me to take out to fly, but so much rain left me with 0 practice.
I even got two more of those junky cheapo blue lipo packs (new TP on backorder, still waiting for HobbyKing's response for being agent) in today for Osiris.

Somebody please let me know how to move all those clouds to Pacific Ocean where nobody there.[>:]

I just got a text from Charlie. We decided to cancel the MoKan patter contest this weekend. The field is not in good conditions after all the rain. Please pass the information to all you know that were planing to attend. I already sent an e-mail to NSRCA opinion group and called the guys I knew could be driving today.

Ihncheol, now you have to find the way to fix this weather for your contest. I am planing to attend your contest and of course the Broken Arrow contest. I hope to see you there.

Regards,

I am trying to make down to Tulsa if it doesn't rain much next week.
I am trying to have at least two dozen flights with Osiris before the contest. This weekend is local funfly, but I am still flying the pattern plane.

Maybe we should hire the US Airforce to detonate a bomb in the clouds if there is a significant chance of Tornado or heavy rain.

Charlie just told me someone asked if our contest is cancelled. Absolutely not (yet??)

Vince, you need to find another date for rescheduling of the contest.

Steve,
Is Tulsa contest next weekend? 6/4 & 6/5 ??
