The 21st Annual Pocono Pattern Contest is just around the corner. Dates are June 25th and 26th. Field is open for practice on Friday.
For information regarding location, go to http://www.ramac.org/ See attached flyer regarding accomodations
I am also taking Pre-registrations. To Pre-register contact me at [email protected]. Info needed is Name, AMA#, Class, and Frequency.
Special Note: There will be no concessions provided this year. So brown bag it. There is a general store a few miles from the field that has a deli in it if you forget.
Water will be provided for the judges.
Also, a newly implemented club rule this year does note permit dogs on site.

I plan to arrive at the field tomorrow around the 10:30 to noon time frame.
Anybody else planning to get in some flying tomorrow afternoon? Chance of thunderstorms is pretty high tomorrow, but Saturday and Sunday forecast is excellent, with light winds, mild temperatures and a much lower chance of showers.
PM if interested in splitting lodging Fri and/or Sat. I have reservations at the Days Inn in Tannersville.

Well, another one in the books. Ended up with 23 contestants and perfect weather for Saturday and Sunday.
