It looks to be a David Hoppes design. Found one website on it.

It is an older design, but still a very good flying airplane.

I had two persuasions. Both met an early demise and I have a set of wings with retract cut outs if you'd like to have them for just the shipping. It is a very smooth flying plane designed by David Hoppes. David lays up his own fiberglass fuselages and his kits are very reasonable. His little enterprise is called Aerodesign. He is a Christian who will stand behind whatever he sells. I was running a YS 91 but would go to the YS 110 or 115 if I ever decided to fly one again. I am now in SPA pattern and like the smaller 60 size planes. They are much more affordable.
