Terrific! I'm in. Will practice there Friday afternoon, weather and traffic permitting.

There is an update to this contest... based on the club meeting we had tonight we plan on trying to run the contest with only one airplane in the sequence at a time since we are so close to Nats we wanted to minimize the possibility of a midair. If you plan on coming please try to let myself, Frank Gioffredo or Jim Quinn know so we can get you preregistered.

Here are a few photos from the contest.

A somewhat light turnout due no doubt to the proximity of the Nats, but an excellent tune-up for those who were able to attend and, as always, extremely well organized by the AGS club members and CD Frank Gioffredo. Excellent hosts and great eats!

First day we had a front moving through with some dramatically dark skies, so we packed up the circus and moved down the hill for lunch, and still got in four rounds Saturday.

Sorry my photo spread is somewhat limited, but others took lots of photos and hopefully will add to the gallery!

+1! Thanks again to our hosts in Owego! I plan to return next season. Great airfield, club and contest run by AGS. Very nice people too made all of us feel at home for the weekend.

Thanks also for the prizes and the personalized award certificate with a picture of me with my Vanquish (before I dinged the wing), above and beyond bragging rights for the winners!<br type="_moz" />

Another great AGS contest! Look how happy everyone is with the official AGS coffee mug!
Lots of good feedback to take to Muncie.
Best prize table I have seen in a long time.
