Im building a Phoenix 7 and the Robart 500 series spring down air retractshave beenon back order for over a month and won't be available for another month at least. Don - Why don't you use Spring-Air's ? www.retracts.com Robart copied Spring-Air's spring down system. They have great service, and back up their products.

Hi Don,
The Spring Air's have gotten some really good press lately from the Classic pattern crowd.
BTW, there is a Classic Pattern specific forum in RCU Pattern Universe. There are several Classic Pattern guys in the SoCal area. Where do you fly?

Thanks for the info. Maybe I'll take another look at Spring Air retracts. Currently im looking for another place to fly as our Channel Island Condors field was closed do to a lipo fire. CSU seems to have an alternate agenda for our field that doesn't include us. Thanks again Crankpin and Stuntflyr.
