Default SebArt Wind 50 E & Angel S EVO 50E wing area Question

Looking on the web descriptions of the SebArt Wind 50E and Angel S EVO 50E, they have a 158 cm (62.2") and159 cm (62.6") wing span respectively. However, the squares are 62 dm (961.3 sq") on the Wind and 45.8 dm (709 sq") on the Angel. Is something a typo or does the Wind actually have 252 squares more? Can anyone clarify for me if these are correct? Also like to know the differences between the two 50E, Pattern, 3D, ???

Hi,
Angel S 50E is the older one and the newer Wind S 50E kind of replaced Angel (but Angel is sold even today as far as I know). And it's successor is now MythoS 50E that has started to be sold by Sebart RC in US (there is an assembly/build thread over at rcgroups F3A Pattern). Angel is cheaper today but but Wind S 50E is maybe slightly better and more modern. I have a Wind S 50E myself (over 300 flights so far). I do not know if MythoS 50E will fly better but it looks nicer in my opinion (I have the two larger MythoS 125E and MythoS Pro).
It is rather large wing area on Wind S 50E but it is actually 52 dm2 (not 62.6 dm2):

Angel S 50E has according to the manual 45.8 dm2 wing area:

MythoS 50E has wing area of 52 dm2 plus the small top wing area.

Angel, Wind and MythoS is primarily F3A planes but can of course be used for sport flying and som 3D. Aileron and rudder should be OK for 3D flying but elevator is not that big on Wind S 50E compared to other planes targeted at 3D style of flying.

/Bo
