Looks like it has a 120 4stroke powerplant. Style looks like a 2x2m monoplane, late 90's perhaps, before the flying fish took over the F3A world.
Elevator servos under hor.stab LE, pull-pull rudder horns in mid-point of rudder, so quite high up, cooling exits (for pipe?) just behing the wing TE. No retracts. Looks kinda nice to me.
I'm thinking the pic is European (based on the cars in background of pic 3), possibly French... looks like a bunch of Renault's / Citroen's and a Fiat(?) & Audi (?). No pickups or large SUV's...

I am presently in contact with someone in France who is the designer of the wing. Looks like I'll get some info about this airplane. Pics were taken in Aix en Provence, France.
It is a personally built airplane, not a kit or sold by someone.
