Default Trimming problems...help !!??

We are flying an 80's style pattern ship... old but solid. The problem involves lateral trim. On takeoff (low speed) the model wants to roll left, then as the speed increases the tendance is to roll right. We expected to find a twist in the wing but all we found was less than 1/8" extra washout in the right wing. This would explain the behavior but that's not much of a twist?? The next question is... is it possible to trim this behavior out to some extent....

1/8" is quite a bit on a pattern plane. Get rid of the 1/8" washout and retrim.

If Ihad that much in my 2 meter ship it would go into a slow roll.
