Default what prop for a 40la on a xtrem lite?

i have a xtrem lite with a os 40 la on it what prop size should i get? at the moment i the prop i have o seems to have loads of top speed(to much) but i cant climb for long or prob hang olso the engine seems to spluter when WOT. ANY IDEA WHAT THAT MEANS? THANKS

I this is the ARF version it's too heavy for os 40 la. It barely pulls out of the hover on os 46fx (1 BHP comparing to 1,6 BHP). I think that 12,25x3,75 would be cool.
