I'm guessing your hearing the words "wind chill" in the local forcast. See also: arctic blast.

It sucks here, it's 25 deg f and dropping, and windy. And I'm going to fly in it tomorrow I call it "conditioning".

I just came in from 2 foamie flights, it's not so bad, 8 to 10 mph winds at 21 degrees.
