Doesn’t look like the Kaos fans are jumping on this one real fast. I assume it is a 60 size aircraft and if so you could start out with 5/16” on the ailerons and ½” to ¾” on the elevator and 2” or more on the rudder. That should get you flying and you can tune it from there.
