Anyone have any experience with the Hyde ARIA mount on a YS 1.40 or 1.60 ?
Do you think the integral nose ring supports as good as it should ?
It's kinda pricey but sure looks like installation is a breeze.

Well I ran both the L and DZ with Hydes mount and it is one darn good mount, the built in nose ring just simplifys installations especially using a seperate cowl..Charlie

Make sure the firewall is stiff enough. I had one installed in my Smaragd Z, but the plane flopped around like a fish out of water, especially during rolling maneuvers on 45 degrees and vertical up lines.

I ended up taking out the integrated one, and retrofitted a regular nose ring in front, problem solved instantly.
