Normally I don't bother commenting when all works out well as that is what we all expect. However, I'd like to send a Kudos to Russ at PatternProz as I felt he went beyond what is expected. A kit I order from PP was damaged. The kits and replacement parts were in very short supply and very hard to obtain. All I wanted was replacement of the broken parts. With the parts unobtainable for several months, I even offered to accept store credit in lieu of the replacement parts as I figured I could probably repair or make from scratch part replacements. Russ told me to keep the existing kit and that he would send me a whole new kit if I was willing to wait until they were available. So I waited. Well this week a FULL kit in perfect condition showed up at my door! Thanks Russ & PP! - John Willman

I just wanted to second the comments. Ive never had anything but a great experience with PP. Ill buy LOTS more stuff from them in the future.
