I said I had a frustrating time trying to get information. What I said is MY situation. Case in point: My friend ordered an airplane from them on the internet long after I did and has already gotten his plane. I ordered mine over a week ago and is set up for delivery today. I still like companies that answer their phone. I don't like being kept in the dark whether its intentional or they are busy. Desert Aircraft has some of the BEST customer service in this hobby. I guess I was spoiled in dealing with them. I will spend my money where I can get in contact with a person if I need to get a question answered. It's really not a big deal at this point.
