I am putting together a plane that will have pull/pull on the rudder.
I would like to use a tiller to connect the cables to and then connect the servo to the tiller.
Does anyone know of a tiller arm with ball bearings?
Sig sells one with a nylon bearing but I would prefer the ball bearing.
Thanks!

Yea...your servo!
Seriously though, I understand what you want to accomplish, but I don't think it's necessary. The servo seems to be able to handle the cable tension just fine. Keep it simple and keep it light!

Try Nelson Hobby for ball bearing bellcranks and tillers. Also useful for reducing throw on elevator. www.nelsonhobby.com/bell.html
