I believe I must warn ALL fellow pattern flyers of Pattern Proz. I recently ordered their Webra and Tuned pipe combo and everything that could have gone wrong did. This was not a simple shipping mistake, it was that the people who work there are terrible people. First, I waited for my order to come and 2 months had passed. I called them and complained and their excuse was that they had too many orders coming in and it took them awhile to get it shipped. I waited about a week more and I recieved a called telling me that there was a shipping mistake. I went home to find a box my dad had opened and there was about $1500 worth of merchandise in the box. It included a 7.4 Lithiom Ion reciever battery, YS 160 DZ, Hatori tuned pipe, header, chip hyde control horns, and many many more I cannot remember. I called them and they said they had mixed up address lables. I thought of keeping the merchandise and saying I did not recieve it but I felt kind of bad for them so I went out that very moment and sent it first class to the promise that they would pay for the shipping and give me $40 in store credit. I asked them to just send me that money by check because I did not want to shop at their store ever again, and they agreed and apologized. At this time, they were acting very sorry and very thankful to me. After sending the merchandise back, I recieved my Webra combo later that week. Guess what... I never recieved the money I paid for the shipping and I never recieved the $40 they promised me. I called them many times yet everytime, the owner was away and the person there would write down my information and tell me he would pass on the message. Nothing. DO NOT shop at Pattern Proz, they do not deserve the business.

Thankyou for the heads up. I appreciate it when one makes an effort to correct a problem. Mostly so it doesnt happen again or to others. I was browsing there site.
