Glow plug? Use the OS #F or the YS plug
Also is the motor mount moving.....? If it is the pushrod is closing the carb and killing it. I fought this one time and the motor mount was just loose a little like less than 1/16" total twist side to to side.....
is the throttle linkage flexing? A little movement can cause the barrel to close and kill it.
Is the idle set too low....? SHould be set at 2000rpm.
Throttle servo bad? I don't use cheapy standard servos on the throttle. I use a Ball Bearing corelessss servo like the JR 3421 or even the 4131 or 8101 in the standard sizes....Throttle is just as important as ailerons or Elevator.
Next is fuel tank....everything OK?
Is it getting hot?
Lots of options.....I have dealt with them all over the years. Usually I find its something I'm doing and not the fault of the motor....Had a motor mount that came loose by pulling the threads out of the blind nut. Everything looked tight and neat...but had to remove the motor and the mount and found the blind nuts had failed on 2 or the 3 bolts. The motor was not moving much but a little and it caused problems at idle.

Some of the L's had a plunger that was an experiment that didn't work, if it has a big plunger about 3/8" to 7/16" it is too big and a replacement about 3/16" will fix, I had that problem it took a year to find a freind told me about it and it run great after that.
