Hi All,
I want to thank Gary for the use of his plane - your awesome brother! And that DZ is unreal!!!
I had a great time at the meet even after the mid-air. All the Nashville guys where great fun and perfect hosts. I can honestly say I have some really great friends.
I am also putting the feelers out for a nice used plane for the Huntsville meet. If anyone has a nice used 2M that might need a new home let me know off list. I need it this week asap, so don't hesitate!!
thanks all and see you guys at Huntsville!

It wasn't pretty. Mid air with Dean's focus. Both lost.
BTW great to see you too Bryan! Hopefully, Huntsville will be under better circumstances. If you need any help, just pick up the phone. I know you're crushed with work, I'm never too busy to help somebody.
But you still have another. I'm sorry you're having such a rough year. A lot of that seems to be going around I guess.

Reading the comp reports from the USA, there seem to be quite a few midairs--why?
I can only remember one here in 15+ years, and that was only because a pylon racer strayed at our Nats.
Is it because of two flightlines that cannot be back -to- back?

No, this one happened on a tight field during practice. We had one line only during the contest.
Lots of damage during practice. heck I even shut the van door on my wing and had to turn my motel room into a shop.
