I bought a plane from them and it didn't have all the parts. I kept calling through out the summer and no one ever would get back with me. I would not recommend doing business with them.

yes she is still in buissness but hell to try to get to. She had some rough times so i may help her out and step in a bit. nothing finalized but ill let you know.

Avoid it like the plauge, I can't believe they rake in enough income to keep the website open.

You can't have lousy customer service if you don't have any. All you get from Carla are lies and empty promises. I can't seem to pull up the website but that does not surprise me. If you are expecting anything from planesplus I believe you are going to be SOL. People like her leave a bad taste in anyones mouth.

Actually, Carla seems to be a very nice lady who went through a divorce and is
experiencing some tough times now. I've done business with her in the past and she
was always helpful so I wish her the best and hope she gets back in the business.

she is a nice women but she neglected her buisness. i wanted to help her out but im deciding not to now. i cant even get ahold of her to get my parts out!
