Hi,
In my personal experience the O ring headers are not necessary. I have read many different reviews
and I they are much more hassle than a macs or a mueller header.
I have 2 - OS140rx using both macs and mueller headers and have had no problems with either.
I dont have one for sale but for those that may, what size offset header are you looking for.
Cheers,
Elmer

Hi,
I ordered a solid header from Lorentz in Germany. Works great. I cut mine in two pices so it could flex a little as the engine sits in a Hyde mount.

Hey Keith,
Good to hear from you. I am finishing up a Temptation. Its pretty much ready, when I get the engine set up. I missed contests last year due to other commitments, but once pattern planes are in your blood, I don't think they ever completely leave. Just stays dormant for a while

I had excellent success with the OS headers when I switched to Nitrile O-rings. I got them from my local bearing shop. I'm not sure but I think this material handles the fuel and temperatures better.
In any case they've worked for me. Prior to switching over to Nitrile, I found that the standard o-rings kept popping out, splitting etc.
The other thing I do is treat them as disposable items. What I mean by that is that if I adjust the header in any way or remove it , it's time for new o-rings. They seem to last longer when left alone.
