I'm going after work today to purchase some foam for wings. What density should I get? I'm making .25, .40 and .60 size wings for sport/pattern ships. Any info. would greatly be appreciated. Thanks and have a great day.

For standard loads, 1# EPS is what you'll want to get. This type foam is what most manufacturers use with a wood sheeted wing.
Now, if you are going to vacuum bag carbon or glass wings, you'll want to get either Dow Blue foam or Owens Corning 150. gv
