Note that the dates on the events listing on their site are incorrect. Per AMA, the dates are 24-25 Mar 07. No flyer that I could find.
The exit is the same one as the Don Garlits Drag Racing Museum, so you can probably look that up for hotels.

There is one hotel at the I-75 exit by the field. It's a Microtel I think. SR 484. All the other hotels are about 15 minutes from the field on SR 200 or 441.
The dates are indeed the 24th and 25th. Moved it one weekend later to avoid a conflict with Gator Nationals. Chris Hemmel is the CD once again, should be a fun meet!
Flew masters the other day - it was a lot of fun! hehehe

I'm trimming a new (to me) airplane and practicing landing "in the zone".

It's new to me. It was Mike C's back-up airplane before he decided to go with matching Genesii. I'll fill ya in at Majik's Billiards during my pool shooting lesson. Mike & I are still flying Advanced, but with one major difference, I can fly the sequence in both directions. Humberto flies Masters and he should have his new airplane ready for Ocala.

There is also a Sleep Inn across the street from the Microtel. Both are on SR 484 ~ 3 miles from the field.
Didn't look up the numbers though...
