If you decide to go with retracts, I'd make it a tail dragger and monokote the wings.

I agree with MonoKote for the wing but wouldn’t make it into a tail dragger abortion! It is an awesomely beautiful aircraft and it deserves tri gear retracts.

Hi Mr Hanson, I have a .60 size Tippo under construction, I was wondering would it pose a problem to have a servo in each wing for aileron control, also what is the best size engine for the plane? I have a new OS >61SF w/ pump.....Thanks Louis

My GP kit came with torque rods for a single aileron servo setup but I didn’t use them and used two servos mounted out in the wing instead. I’m using a side exhaust OS 61SF ABC-P long stroke with pump and pipe for power. It has spring air tri gear like all good Tipos should.
