Default Pattern Contest in WI

Anyone know of any local pattern Competitions in the Central WI area? Just starting in RC and would like to give it a try.

Any info would be great.

Thanks,
Del

Hi Del the closest pattern contests to you are the one held on the 2nd and 3rd in Menomonee Falls and I'm not sure but they may have a contest in Port Washington again in September.
If you don't mind some traveling there is our Contest in Hoffman esates Il. on the 30th of June and 1st of July. Then the St Charles Il. contest on 18th and 19th of August.
So the answer is we have some options if you are willing to travel a bit.
If you would like to learn more about pattern than consider coming to our seminar on the 12th of May. Mike Mueller D5AVP

Pattern Contest in Wisconsin

The 2nd Annual Wisconsin Pattern Classic will be held on September 8th and 9th at my home field in Port Washington/Grafton, Wisconsin. Additionally, I am the Contest Director. All classes including "Club Class", FAI will fly P-07 on Saturday and F-07 on Sunday...a little warm-up for the World Champs...

A special trimming and coaching session will be held on Sunday May 13 (weather permitting...it is Wisconsin) featuring one of the countries most experienced precision aerobatic coaches and trimming expert- Dave Guerin. The session will have no specific structure and is available for no charge to interested parties. Dave has a significant resume which includes precision aerobatic designs which have WON at every level of local, National and placed highly in International competition, his hand crafted models have competed and or WON at every level of competition, has been the Co or Event Director of the 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 NATS and is the Competition Director of the NSRCA.

I have had the opportunity and pleasure of hearing Dave's insights and processes in SC, WI, AZ and still walk away with something new.
