Oxai must have finished another batch.....!
Its a cool Airplane. I have about 20-25 flights now on mine. 4890g 10lbs 12oz.
Best part is the snaps....and the rolling manuevers. Better than other model I have ever flown in these two areas.
Quique really knows what he is doing when designing a Bipe. Congrats to him and Oxai for such an impressive model.

When you consider the Adventure is a model very very similar to the plane that placed 3rd at the Worlds, I feel very lucky to have 2 of the 3 models on the podium of the Worlds.
I would like to try the 3rd one from the podium but the quality just doesn't meet my personal standards.
As for the Euphoria and Adventure....both are excellent models designed by World Champions.
To say one is better than another is like saying no. 24 and n0. 48 Chevys are better than the no. 18 and 20 Toyotas
I have lots of flights on the adventure and not that much time on the euphoria. I'm excited about what the Biplane brings to the sequence. Especially the Finals Sequences.

I've been very intrigued by the biplanes for quite a while now. The new crop shows a little promise, but I've not seen them up close and personal quite yet. maybe at this year's nats if work doesn't get in the way. Do they feel as solid as your Pinnacle as far as prop authority, power, etc.?

The power is very good from the YS combo. I can't speak for an electric combo as I don't fly those.
Currently I feel the YS is the best power source especially for a bipe. The extra drag and lift provided by the bipe make it feel like its pulling against a little parachute all the time. THis makes the model lock in better and track better in my opinion.
The really windy conditions the power is needed, but in normal to moderate conditions its not really any different. The yaw capability is just huge on the bipes.
I feel the Bipes have a big advantage in the current sequences. Especially when you have a bipe that can snap and roll as well as Quique's.

So it seems that, when Chip Hyde appeared in the 2005 worlds in France with a monoplane (Genesis) and a bipeplane (Scandalous) had made a good choice (looks like a pioneer to me). According to your words and today's demanding schedules one needs a plane for the P and another for the F and unknowns.
Chip had realised the potential of the bipes with Double Vision in F3A and the Ultimate in TOC, ages ago, before (Naruke, CPLR (Suxess bipe) and QQ). Please correct me if I am wrong.

I don't think you need seperate models. I think if you need seperate models then the first one wasn't designed or built very well.
Quique's Euphoria excels at both the Prelim and Finals Patterns.
If you really want to give some credit for the Bipe go back to 1989 with Tony Frackowiack and Ken Bohnemen(sp?) and the Fig Leaf.
Designing a building a Bipe is tough. Especially to get one good enough to Win the World's. I think Quique crossed that bridge the first time.

Hi Troy,
Thanks for the answer I don't know about Tony Frackowiack's bipe do you have any pictures? 1989? I was a kid during that time and did not know what pattern was.
I don't want to give credit to bipes but to CH for his successful bipe designs both in F3A and TOC.
Thanks again,
Nikos

I am not good enough to be competitive at any level but this is one good looking ship.
Bipes seem to have "character", or at least they currently jump out of the crowd of fat monoplanes.
