I bought the Hatori 824 pipe and 828 header for my OS 200FS (not the EFI version which is probably the problem) and the header does not fit. The threads that screw into the exhaust port needs to be at least 11mm with the gasket fitted to fully tighten the header but it is only 8! Does that mean the 200FS has a much deeper exhaust port than the 200 EFI?

Jon,
The OS200 FS and SP (pumped) engines have a deeper exhaust port to work with the OS silencer than the OS200S-FI. For the FS and pumped engines you need to use multiple copper gaskets or ~ a 1/8 - 3/16 in thick spacer the same size as the copper gaskets to get the appropriate fit when using the Hatori header. I have the pumped and FI engines and the header will work with both with the appropriate spacer / copper gaskets. The FI engine requires only one copper spacer.

Hey, Ron
Have you had a chance to run the OS-200 SP ?. If so, what is the power like, when matched
up against the YS line, ie the YS140L, YS140 FZ or YS 140 sport. Also where can you purchase
a Header, for that engine
Thanks
