Jarvis,
Well will take a poll as the event grow near of the pilots that are planning to attend. I personally am in favor flying the new sequence if you guys want it. If you guys...meaning the guys that are coming to the event want the current 404 schedule then great.
We will make that decision in the next few weeks as we see who is coming and let those guys flying 404 make the decision.
The plan currently is to offer F-09 as a Finals pattern contest the same as in the Spring contest in PHX. The goal is to provide 6 rounds of P-09 and 2 rounds of F-09
We are also offering a club class event that is non-turnaround. Any AMA legal model can fly in it. There will be more details on this but it is open to anyone that is not currently flying an AMA pattern class. There will be sequence released very soon and it will be no turnaround figures just basic stuff to allow just about any model to fly it. The idea is to promote new people into the pattern fold. This "Club Class" will be 2 different events with a Saturday winner and a Sunday winner. To hope is to do some "training" with this this class.
More details to follow.

Contest is open to anyone (even those strange D6 people) :-).
The sun at that time of year is at your back all day. Late in the afternoon, it is in the corner of your eye when looking west, but not bad at all.

Right, this is after the championships. The D6 guys lost a couple of contests this year and asked if we would consider having another one. I know of 3 planning to come from the Santa Fe area. More of a fun/anything goes contest.
