Does anyone knows if Karl Mueller is still making his wrap-around headers? I'd like to see if he has the specs to do one for the OS 1.20 AX. Sent him an email with no response. Just checking here before I send another.
Thanks,
Dave

It would be a shame if he's not. Great product!

wow these headers look super. any idea of cost, im sure the cost differs depending on design, but a ball park cost for a wrap around,

I swear these are the best custom made 2 stroke headers I have ever seen. You have to hold one in your hand to believe it. This would be a $100+ header anywhere else.
I really hope Karl is just on vacation or something, because without him, choices are extremely limited.
The cool thing about dealing with Karl is it's custom made for your application. The more info you can give him the better. Like engine thrust angle, rise, clocking (or turning) of the mount, etc. I had him make me a header for an OS 160 and a 2 meter Funtana Pro. It had to hit a 2" x 2" tunnel with the engine clocked to 7 oclock, with 3 degrees right thrust, 7/8" rise and 1/2 degree of down. I thought "no way he'll get it but hopefully close enough to work with". When the header came, I installed it....dead center of the tunnel. I have no idea how he did it LOL

I forgot all about specifying the right thrust and the down thrust. I just gave him the rise and told him it was for an OS160. Guess what ?? I installed the header and it still hit dead center of the pipe tunnel. He shipped my header 2 weeks ago and I got it last monday.
