I won the Bob Whitacre Memorial Trophy for 2008 for being most improved over previous 3 contests. I'm sure someone will post a full contest report.

Great contest. A little overcast in the mornings but the winds were no problem, good weather overall. Great turnout with 35 pilots with several from Southern Calif and some from Arizona. Thanks for the support from the guys traveling many miles. 11 in FAI and 8 in Masters so the judging chores were spread out well.

If you haven't flown at Hollister, it is a great field for pattern. Nice runway and overflight area. Jon Carter was CD and did a great job.

Dave - Great picture of Bob! As Robert said, we had a great turnout, very nice weather and I think that everyone had a lot of fun. I am working on a complete write-up which Robert will post on the D7 website as soon as I get it to him.[8D]
