Did anyone has ordered and received already CPLR Axiome model from Oxai?
If yes, is it possible to share information as to quality, weight and other notes?
Thanks

Hi Amram
The plane will be within a few grams of the listed weight, 2350 grams for electric version. As to quality, believe me when I say that every plane I receive from them the quality just looks better with constant small technical improvements. A nice surprise on the last Azurit I received is that they send me 6 small plastic containers of paint for small touch up work.
Regards
Burt

Dear Burt,
Thank for your reply. According my plan (See picture) Axiome with YS170DZ and all accessories is expected to weight 4738 grams.
The question is what is included when is stated on the WEB: NET WEIGHT: 2400grams.
Is that including the large TC and its mount system?
Is that includes LG?
I could not get an answer so far...

Hi Amram
Up to now in all the planes that I received from the factory the weight of the landing gear and wheel spats were included in the factory estimated weight. I have forwarded request to Oxai if it includes the TC and mounting system and will send you their reply.

Hi
You can safely remove the estimates for landing gear, spats and glue. The kits are complete RTF's, the only glue ever used might be small amount of CA.

Hi
Good news, will be great to see you. So far two possible bids for SA Nationals, Bloemfontein (high altitude and hot) and Port Elizabeth (coast with wind). We should know venue before end of the year and I will inform you.

Hi Amram
I had a reply from Roger Mao at Oxai last night and to quote "We show net weight of Axiome GP on web site at 2400g, include T-canaliser".
Hope this helps you. The Azurit GP is also being released soon.

Dear Burt,
This is very interesting. 2 days back I have exchanged some emails with Wolfgang Matt and he told me that
there will be no Azuirt GP version. Now I hear that there will be one....
