Hi all
I have flown my buddy Sebart angel on 5S with Hyperion motor and I like how well it tracked through the move albeit it does suffer some mild buffetting at the top end of loop as its fairly light plane, perhaps a faster prop would have help to give it a bit more speed as we flown it on 15x10. Perhaps 14x12 would be better for extra speed!
I was looking at Kyosho Osmose or Oxaly but they all are single wing design and I really like the Sebart Angel 2 piece wing design and wondering any other option at this size?
Any suggestion for e pattern with 2pc wing with at least 56-62 in span?

I was at a meet in NJ - there were two guys flying FAI and one of them flew this plane:

Hi gaRCfield
Thanks for the info. Nice plane... a tad too small. Maybe I should explain more on my title. Will edit that.

Yea, the Vanquish is a little smaller, but it is a GREAT airplane. flies as well as anything else in that general size range...if you don't already own the motors and such, I would definitely consider the Vanquish. It is the only other one I know of with a two piece wing in that general size.

Hyperion makes a super pattern ship that comes in sizes just a little smaller and
just a little larger than the Angel. The Helios 63e has a 55in wingspan and the Helios 90e
has a 67in wingspan. The quality of the ARF is superb and is very light. I have the 63e
with a Scorpion 4020-12 motor with a 4S 4900 mah battery and am very happy with it.
They both have two piece wings with carbon fiber tubes.
Check them out at www.allerc.com

PS: There is a discussion of this airplane on the Electric Pattern Section of RCU with
links to a build thread with several good pictures.

That plane was fun to watch - since the 2M planes fly high up and far away and this one flew close it was hard to tell it was a small plane.
