Default Black Magic V2.2

Anyone know anything about the BM V2.2 for sale on this site? The price seems reasonable but any if it is built straight?

Randy,

It is built by Pete Cosky. I've known him for years. It is definitely straight. He just ran into things with work and life that kept him from finishing it and now he is working on a V3. It is a very nice plane.

Pete is actually going to be doing some building for me and if he wasn't up to high standards, I wouldn't let him touch my planes.

It is a great deal,

Arch

Pete is the one who has been building fuselage jigs that many of the guys building wood fuses have used over the last couple of years. It is definitely straight.

The four VF 3s that appeared on the cover of the April 2008 K-Factor were all built using the Pete Cosky fuse jig. They are dead ass strait!

Im sure the fuse that is broke in half just has a small curve to it.

Not if he fixes it in a jig....then dead ass straight again it will be (in my best Yoda voice) but it might be heavy.

Bill, tell your buddy to e-mail me pcosky at comcast.net

Good point Arch! Mark decided to add the little "ornamentation" to the fuselage after final construction was done.

Anthony- Aaahh, the "ornamentation" you refer to was strictly a "last second implementation". I almost got in the way but thought better of it.
