Kyosho Osmose70 Build Thread
Hi everyone,
I am going to do a little thread on the Osmose70.
after crashing my Oxalys50 i ordered the Osmose70 (Esprit Model - USA) and its seems to be a better quality construction including the covering )
My final setup is as follows:
Engine: YS63S + Hatori muffler + Hyde mount
Servos: 4 CS140 digital from Hobbico, 1 CS35 MG Hobbico
Batt: Team Orion 1600 mHa
Prop: APC 13x6
all the setup in this plane were validated in my RIP oxalys...
enjoy the pictures

RE: Kyosho Osmose70 Build Thread
as one who got the 2 planes, all i can say is that there is no such a main difference between the planes
but the dimentions of the Osmose seems to be at the fashion of the moment, i.e: the canopy in the osmose is much forward then in the oxalys, the aileron servos are much forward to the LE of the wing then in the oxalys.
as well the rudder for example, in the osmose the BIGGER...
i definitely recommand the Osmose form the Oxalys for 2 main reasons:
1. its a much better quality kit (covering, allignments etc...)
2. its design is for a slower F3A flying style then the Oxalys.

Do you think an Enya 60XL with rear exhaust and a pipe would fit in?

this is the engine installation:
i put 2 layers of Primer and 2 layer of cristal epoxy (firewall and the inside fuse) for protecting against the fuel.
i monted the Hyde mount for the YS63S and the Hatori header and pipe.
