I wanted to know if anybody has information about reliability of the Mintor 170 in comparison with the O.S 140 RX.

Default 3M 1.70

Ricardo,

This engine is so new its going to be difficult to find that kind of info. So far the engine provides smooth transition and unlimitedpower for under 11lb aircraft. The engine can be messed up with a little unskilled break-in. SO follow instructions for breakin and fly like your OS and enjoy.. We have several of them in our area flying and so far so good.

Lance or Gray at www.aeroslave.com can answer any of your questions and he is the authorized warranty person state side. Gray flew his new Aries and brand new 3m 1.70 at the Nats this past week and everyone was suprised with the upline authority it had.
