Elevator servo recomendations?

What elevator servo is good for a 60 size plane? I don't want to over kill it but I don't want to not have enough either. How much torque I guess is what I'mm asking.
thanks, Tom

Tom I'd go with at least 60 in/ozs on that elevator assuming you're using 1 servo. Closer to 80 if possible. A JR DS9411SA would be absolutely perfect...but it's pricey.

Yep, it's a bit pricey. I'll have to think about that one.

I have JR 4131 on all surfaces on my Widebody 60. Nice servo for this size plane.

I want a digital on the elevator. If I get enough time to practice with this plane I'll fly in a contest or two and I beleive the elevator servo is important.

Get an JR 8231 on RCU in the Radio section....lots of them available, and the nylon gear train will be slop free for a LONG time. I use them on everything but Rudder.
