Spectrum DX7 Battery problem-My Fault
Some help please , I usually charge my transmitter with my stock DX7 wall plug and its always worked fine . Tonight I plugged it into a quick charger but my mistake was I used a Futaba TX plug vs my correct Spectrum Plug . It was only in for about 15 seconds when the charger was beeping.
I assume I burned out or shorted my TX battery , with the hopes that I did not damage my transmitter .
Does anyone know about this type problem ? when useing my regular wall charger it will not light up as if its not even plugged in .
Hopeing all i did was burn out a $30 battery !!!

RE: Spectrum DX7 Battery problem-My Fault
Spektrum and JR have negative on the Tx center pin, Futaba has positive on the Tx center pin. You probably blew the 3 Amp fuse in your Spektrum Tx. No problem; go to Radio Shack, and pick up some 3 Amp shorties. The short fuse is located behind the base of your antenna.

well thanks to you , I went to radio Shack , spent $2.95 for a nice pack and fixed it already !!!
Thanks again , I was in a panic thinking I damaged the radio and much less the battery .
