Who has the best prices on Spektrum receivers ? And will the AR6210 receiver ( DSMX ), work with my AR7000 transmitter, which is DSM2 ?

bigskyhobby has good prices. You can also find low prices at targethobby.com. But I think those are clones rebadged as spektrum. Many people have bought from and reported no issues with the RXs from targethobby.

It will. Im assuming you mean a dx7 transmitter, the ar7000 is another receiver
