Default Dual rcvrs

I a question about running dual receivers with a 2.4ghz radio... is it possible? I'm looking at converting my JR radio to 2.4 and I have a P-82 that I run dual receivers in. I want to keep the same setup. Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks

Yes, with the Hitec AFHSS 2.4Ghz system as used in the Aurora 9, but not easily with all brands.
Dual receivers are very populay with large scale as in need, user can bring a bird home on"one side" using one aileron and opposite elevator per receiver.Throttle on one receiver and the throttle cut-off on the other.SWB makes a Self Adjusting Servo Tray W/ Bellcrank so two rudder servos can work independently.

Optima Transceiver (RX) - Dual Redundant receivers -
The first turned on after the Transmitter will be the recognised telemetry sender.

Optima Transceiver (RX) - Dual or Multiple Batteries may be installed - Avoid Brownout
& Add Redundancy, even one for each servo.

Why do you say not easy with other brands? I have seen Futaba, Airtronics, Spectrum and JR radios set up with dual 2.4 receivers.
