As they say, you can't go wrong with too much radio. But you can come up short with too little. I can't imagine much that the 14SGAwon't let you do.

I bought the FRSKY Tarunis for $300 less than the Futaba and have a far more capable radio. Actually its more comparable to the $3000 Futaba.
FRSKY has been use by a number of high tech organizations for a number of years and found to be high quality.
