Default Single Stick Xmtr?

In my advanced age I have developed intermittent tremors in my left hand. This makes it very difficult to impossible to control the throttle and rudder when the tremors strike. I happened to run across a web site where a guy has converted a single stick vintage Kraft to modern 2.4Mhz electronics, but the cost is prohibitive, for me anyway. I am wondering if there is any manufacturer marketing a single stick Xmtr today?

As far as I know there is no mfg making a single stick TX. There seems to be a market for one. I dont see why someone in China dont make one.
Keep a watch on ebay. sometimes an old Ace Olympic comes up for sale for about $100. This can easily be converted to 2.4 with the hack module from FR-SKY.(About $50) Anyone with basic soldering skills can do it

Have you tried Radio South? Do not know anything about their prices, but is the only store I know that will do custom work like that.

You can find them used on ebay occasionally, they seem to have gone away in terms of popularity. I have a couple, one is a hitec 4 channel, the other an older Ace radio. The conversion itself is in the $20 range if you want 2.4Ghz, The radios should be available for under $100...

Default Single stick Tx

I have a couple single stick transmitters of unknown condition. If I were going to use them personally I would convert them to 2.4GIG. Email me direct for pictures and price.. [email protected]
