CAMPac and 9C
Hi Volfy,
Make sure your radio is turned off, then install the CAMPac/ClonePac. Also, make sure the memory module is installed the right way. Turn the radio on, you'll see the 9C recognize the memory module and capacity on the boot up screen. The radio will ask you do you want to initialize, or something similar. Press the button (I forget which button it is, but I think it's the rotory knob you press) and the radio automatically does rest for you. You'll hear confirmation beeps as the memory module intializes itself.
I'm using a 16k ClonePac and it works great with my 9C radio. The 64k and the new 128k module works great with the 9C also.

CAMPac and 9C
MyStar,
Thanks for the info. I, being a numb skull, soldered the 7-pin header on the flip side. Thank goodness for desoldering iron. Anyway, my 9C recognized it right away when I inserted it the right way. Good thing Futaba put Vin on the center pin (4).
I used a 16k EEPROM this time and it works great. I think I might try a 64k or 128k next. Does anyone know how to modify a clonepac to enable the service menu?
Geistware, yes.

Hi Volfy,
Glad I could help you!
The best person to talk with about a service menu enabler would be Angelos at www.model-gadgets.com. He sells a very nice SMT service menu enabler/128k memory module for the 8U, 9C, and 9Z radio, and for only $60.00 plus shipping!
